Blurry or unclear display on the large screen.

Possible Causes:
1. The large screen is not displaying pixel-to-pixel with the video source, resulting in up-scaling or down-scaling and causing blurriness.
2. The video source itself is not clear.
3. Improper adjustment of parameters on the large screen, such as incorrect grayscale mode or low grayscale level.

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Verify the resolution of the video source (e.g., computer resolution) and then enter the “Resolution” window interface to set the “Preset Resolution” of the sending card to match the video source (custom resolution can be used).
2. Replace the video source being played.
3. Check if the parameters of the large screen cabinet drivers are appropriate.

Inconsistency in brightness or color among individual cabinets in the large screen.

Possible Causes:
1. Different fixed brightness settings for receiving cards within the cabinets.
2. Variation in receiving card programs within the cabinets.
3. Cabinets are not from the same batch.
4. Insufficient power supply to the cabinets.

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Adjust the brightness of receiving cards uniformly to achieve the same brightness level.
2. Access the “Hardware Information” interface to verify if all receiving cards are running the same FPGA program. If not, upgrade or replace them accordingly.
3. Inspect the power supply and batch consistency of the cabinets.
